David is presently the Lead architect and Developer on a significant Internet Banking project for a Global Bank. Recent areas of deployed development include significant enhancements to Corporate, Intermediary and client experience, increasing the user base from approximately 11,000 users to in excess of 25,000 in the space of less than a year. Additional enhancements enabling secure, Online Funds, Offshore Limited Edition Deposit, and International account applications has seen significant revenues introduced through the channel. On line Mortgage Calculators have also been introduced, not only delivering efficiencies to the bank (integrated validation and prospecting) but it also enhances the clients experience and service providing further brand loyalty.
Background
Over the last nine years David has worked for the private and public sector. He has designed and implemented systems for BUPA and Reuters, to include a comprehensive administrational solution for critical health underwriters and a share system to migrate information from the Future’s Exchange. He headed the development of the States of Jersey's content management site (www.gov.je); centralising information from 25 governmental departments whilst adhering to data protection policy. David also specialises in the development of solutions to improve business processes, such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Office SharePoint Services.
