Geraldine is a highly experienced training and development consultant. She has a proven track record of IT training delivery and customer service for both public and private sectors. Since 1997, she has worked with a range of organisations in designing and delivering a variety of training programs and schedules.
She has over 10 years experience in a Learning and Development role, ranging from classroom and one-to one delivery, developing and designing training material, including e-learning and software simulation, to creating training strategies and training plans. She has also successfully managed and run an IT Training centre. Her enthusiasm for training and her patient and relaxed training style has earned her favourable commendations from all organisations she has worked with.
