James joined C5 Alliance towards the end of 2007. After an initial background providing technical support for a local Company, Trust and Legal firm he obtained an Honours Degree in Network Management in Southampton. He subsequently returned to the Island and obtained accreditation as a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, then later as an MCITP Enterprise Administrator in Windows Server 2008.
His work now involves consultancy and support to one of the leading Offshore Banks, particularly relating to their internet banking platform, as well as the maintenance and enhancement of other C5 client implementations. Particular areas of interest include ISA, AD, Exchange, Server 2008 and Hyper-V Server Virtualisation.
