James has over 10 years experience in the IT industry working with highly regarded local companies and is a qualified Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) and Microsoft Certified IT Professional Enterprise Administrator (MCITP:EA).

He has a broad range of skills and specialises in Microsoft server based infrastructure deployment and support as well as being HP accredited. Other key areas of expertise are in desktop deployment, support and management and Cisco IOS technologies.

Recent projects include working with European Microsoft experts to configure and support an early adopted implementation of the Microsoft Hyper-V virtualisation technology.
