Michael specialises in network design, disaster recovery and voice over internet protocol (VOIP), and has extensive knowledge of internet technologies including Firewalls, Routers, Citrix and VPN. Michael also designs and implements secure and robust internet solutions which enable remote access for operational flexibility and customer use. Utilising his diverse skill set, Michael is able to deliver comprehensive infrastructure solutions, providing consultancy in the design and implementation of; Active Directory, Microsoft Server 2008 Hyper-V, Microsoft Exchange, Dynamics CRM, Microsoft Office SharePoint and ISA Server.
