Aonghus Fraser joins C5 as SharePoint lead consultant. He specialises in the design, implementation and delivery of enterprise solutions built on the Microsoft SharePoint platform.
Aonghus has been designing and developing solutions with Microsoft technologies for over 10 years and with SharePoint since the 2003 version of the product. He has also designed the information architecture for multiple CRM and SharePoint integration projects
Prior to joining C5 Alliance he was the chief technology officer of a UK Microsoft Gold Partner and led a team of experienced consultants working on some of the UK's largest SharePoint deployments. He also has a wealth of experience of a number of other technologies within the Microsoft stack having been involved in the solution architecture and implementation of multiple successful Azure, Silverlight and .NET projects.
In addition to delivering solutions for clients, Aonghus guest lectures to software engineering undergraduates and is a regular speaker at a variety of other events and international conferences.
At present Aonghus is responsible for the resourcing of consultants on the complete systems refresh for a local trust company which includes the configuration of Microsoft CRM 2011 and integration with SharePoint 2010 and finance systems. Aonghus is also the team lead on several other SharePoint and CRM projects in both Jersey and Guernsey.
Chris Forbes joins C5 as a senior consultant and has over 16 years’ experience in the IT industry, designing and developing software solutions across a number of industry sectors for major blue-chip global organisations. He has a wealth of experience in consulting, requirement gathering, solution architecture, software design & development and has been working with CRM and SharePoint for many years.
In addition Chris is an organiser of SharePoint user group (SUGUK) meetings within Scotland and is now focused in talking & presenting within the SharePoint community and client engagements on the capabilities, best practices and technologies associated with the current SharePoint platforms.
Chris joins C5 after a 12 year engagement with one of Scotland’s leading Microsoft Gold Partners. Participating in a management buyout in early 2007; Chris became a shareholder and director of the company and helped grow the company and specifically the software solutions team to become one of the leading SharePoint and CRM organisations in Scotland. After a second management buyout Chris is keen to continue his career as a SharePoint and CRM consultant. “Joining such an experienced and focused team is an opportunity which I grasped with both hands and I will relish the challenge in continuing to build enterprise solutions for new and interesting clients and industry sectors.”
At Present Chris is working on a complete systems refresh for a local trust company which includes leading the team in the configuration of Microsoft CRM 2011.
