Jacqui, a Microsoft Certified Trainer, believes passionately that training is a crucial part in the delivery of any IT project providing successful user acceptance. 

 

She complements our Consultants by delivering tailored training around the solutions we develop mostly on the Microsoft Office365, SharePoint and CRM platforms. 

 

During the development phase of a project, Jacqui will work alongside the team to enable her to create and develop a tailored training plan for individual roles and departments. 

 

She will also create documentation and work with various training aids to accompany the delivery of a training session, enhancing the whole experience.    As an associate contractor, Jacqui also specialises in the delivery of Microsoft Office courses including VBA (Visual Basic for Applications).

 

Background
Jacqui has a BSc (Hons) in Civil Engineering. 

 

She has many years’ financial services marketing experience during which time she was responsible for the development of marketing IT systems and the creation and management of a help desk. 

 

She has also developed training programs for a variety of bespoke client software and has assisted in the development of Microsoft Excel based software that manages patient waiting lists in many of the NHS Trusts in the UK.
