The team continues to develop and maintain this internet banking system as well as two others subsequently designed for the Treasury and Fund divisions. Recently implemented enhancements to the banks online registration process, designed in conjunction with our user experience specialists has seen registered users increase significantly within the period to in excess of 17,000. Additional Online initiatives have also proven similarly successful such as online limited edition deposits and the International Account application.

Other extensive projects undertaken by C5 Alliance include the merger of the Banks' network infrastructure, the development of an EU Tax procurement system, the implementation of their content management system (CMS), the development of online customer forms and a tax certificate system, the installation of a Storage Area Network (SAN), the design and implementation of security and disaster recovery solutions and the virtualisation of their existing infrastructure.   Each of these seamlessly integrate with the Bank’s systems.
